How long will delivery of my order take?

All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days after payment. Right after shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 4-6 days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Tyeschea West Creative cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, shipping service interruptions, lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the "Checkout" page and check if your country is available for selection. If your country is not available contact us and we'll see what we can do.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact Tyeschea West Creative specifying:

- First Name and Last Name/Surname

- Order number

- Telephone number

- Reason of the return

Notification of exchange/return must be notified within 3 days of the package’s delivery, then we will provide you the return shipping address (which must be delivered within 14 days from the package receipt's date only by courier). Shipping costs will be at your expense. Returns must include all labels and our delivery packing slip. Exchange/return is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Within 48 hours after receiving the package we will refund you without any additional charge. Only regular priced items can be returned, sale items cannot be refunded.
